Corporation.

This file exists so the consent plumbing can be built and asserted against a real

version string rather than a constant. Monty owns the drafted text and it lands as a new

version file, never as an edit to this one.

## What a member agrees to

One Seven reads the carrier's public federal record from FMCSA sources and computes a

Bookability Score from it. The member authorises that reading and the storage of what was

read.

One Seven does not file anything with FMCSA on a member's behalf, does not act as a

process agent, and does not appear on a carrier's federal record.

## What One Seven does not claim

The score is a reading of a public record on a date. It is not a safety rating, not a

statement of regulatory compliance, and not advice about whether a carrier may operate.
